This tool uses pdf-lib to modify the rotation property of PDF pages. It applies 90, 180, or 270 degree rotations to selected pages without re-rendering the content. Because it adjusts metadata rather than rasterizing pages, the output PDF keeps the original text quality, vector graphics, and file size.
