When you upload a PDF, the tool reads its page tree using pdf-lib. You then set a new order either by typing page numbers (e.g., 3,1,4,2) or by dragging thumbnails into position. Page numbering starts from 1, not 0. If your PDF has 5 pages, valid numbers are 1 through 5.
Write out the desired sequence on paper first if the reordering is complex.
Keep a copy of the original PDF in case you need to start over.
If you only need certain pages, use a PDF splitter instead of reordering.
How do I specify the new page order?
Enter page numbers separated by commas, like 3,1,4,2. That means page 3 comes first, then page 1, then page 4, then page 2. Page numbering starts at 1.
Can I reorder pages in a large PDF?
Yes, there is no practical limit on page count. The tool processes everything locally, so speed depends on your device rather than a server quota.
Does reordering change the PDF quality?
